A multifaceted estate, formerly a vineyard, this true haven of peace is home to a magnificent residence surrounded by the property’s grounds. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends. The estate is located on a small 19-hectare farm cultivated using traditional and sustainable methods: saffron production and artisanal soap-making.
For your enjoyment, a shared wooden above-ground Piscine (6x4m - depth: 1.10m) is at your disposal. And to the delight of the kids: a swing set and a hammock are freely accessible in the park.
Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the small pond (black bass).
The "Le chant des oiseaux" holiday cottage, with a surface area of 75 m², can accommodate up to 6 people with extra beds. It is located in a large building complex that includes another holiday cottage and the owners’ residence. It features a beautiful terrace with an exceptional view of the Gers valleys.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed. Upstairs: the aubergine-colored bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an extra bed available upon request, the blue bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a bathroom with a toilet.

The holiday cottages are equally well-suited for hosting family gatherings or reunions with friends—with a maximum capacity of twelve people (when both holiday cottages are combined)—as they are for welcoming a family or a couple seeking tranquility. Although the cottages are part of a single complex, they have been designed so that each can enjoy its own privacy and tranquility.
