A majestic avenue of white pebbles, lined with century-old trees, leads to a magical, timeless place where silence reigns supreme. In 1840, the Marquis de Mauléon, seduced by the beauty of the site, decided to settle at Lassalle in Gascony. Passionate about horses, he built a royal stable. This exceptional stable, abandoned at the beginning of the last century, has been tastefully restored by its current owner. Stone walls and exposed beams have been preserved and renovated to give this Holiday cottage charm and authenticity. Set in a 160-hectare estate, this Holiday cottage (125m² - ground floor + first floor) invites you to share pleasant moments with family or friends, for a weekend or longer stay. The private swimming pool (12 x 6m - depth: 1.3/1.7m - secured by a fence and cover), its vast terracotta terrace, and its covered pool-house, await you for Swimming, moments of relaxation on the sunbaths or games of ping pong. Several walking and jogging routes.

Entrance hall, living room with working fireplace, dining room opening onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the park, fitted kitchen, storeroom, separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 3 beds 90, 1 baby bed), shower room, separate wc. The Piscine is in use according to weather conditions, generally from mid-June to mid-September. Outside this period, it may be in use if the weather permits and if maintenance work is not required.
