Just 2 km from Madiran, at the heart of a 50-hectare farm and winegrowing estate, the Domaine lies on the borders of 4 départements: Gers, Hautes-Pyrénées, Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Landes. It's the ideal starting point for discovering the surrounding Countryside: the Madiran wine trail, the surrounding villages and the many summer festivals!

Nestled in the outbuildings of an authentic Gascon house, the Holiday cottage Coucou offers 71 m² of accommodation on the ground and first floors. Adjoining the Gîte Hirondelle, it has its own private 25 m² terrace, unoverlooked, for absolute peace and quiet. You have direct access to the 2-hectare wooded park, planted with trees over a hundred years old, where you'll find a succession of relaxation areas and playgrounds for Kids. Fishing enthusiasts will love the tench and roach pond, while the barn provides a shaded area ideal for younger guests. To cool off, the large swimming pool (12 × 6 m, depth 1.10 m to 2.70 m), equipped with a diving board and secured by a fence and access steps, is shared with the occupants of the other Holiday cottage (maximum 4 people) and the owners.
