On the outskirts of Laas in the direction of Miélan, the Holiday cottage is pleasantly situated on a small hill in the heart of a hectare of garden. In a rural setting, this 115m² single-storey house will be the ideal pied-à-terre for your vacations between Mirande and Miélan (shops and restaurants 10mn away in Mirande). You'll settle in quickly: sheets and towels are provided free of charge! You'll then be able to set off at a leisurely pace to explore the typical villages (bastides...) in the surrounding area, and even discover the Hautes-Pyrénées, less than an hour's drive away.

The house comprises an entrance hall with separate toilet, a storeroom with washing machine and dryer, and a fridge-freezer. The bright living room features a sitting area with TV and a dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. Large bay windows invite you to enjoy the outdoors. The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and an open-plan dressing room. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin with storage space. For this accommodation, an end-of-stay cleaning package is compulsory: it must be added at the time of booking or paid on site.
