Discover this charming holiday cottage located on a beautiful estate in the heart of the Countryside, just a few minutes from the Château de Cassaigne. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this holiday cottage can accommodate 6 to 8 people.

Adjacent to the owner’s home and back-to-back with a second holiday cottage, it offers comfort and privacy. The refined decor and high ceilings create an elegant and warm atmosphere.

The stone walls help keep the cottage cool in summer; it is also equipped with fans.

Interior layout:
Fully equipped kitchen
Two bedrooms with two 90-cm beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180-cm double bed with a mattress topper) plus one 90-cm bed: each has its own private bathroom and toilet.
Large living room with a sleeper sofa and a reading nook, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the region.

Outside, enjoy the estate’s Piscine and green spaces for moments of relaxation.
Pet welcome (€5/night/pet).

Located in Valence-sur-Baïse, this holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for exploring the Gers and its treasures: local cuisine, castles, bastides, and rolling landscapes.

End-of-stay cleaning (€70) is mandatory and must be paid at the time of booking.

Spa: 60€/hour (maximum 5 people)
Charcuterie platter: 30€/2 people
Bottle of wine (red, rosé, or white): 15€/bottle
Champagne: 35€/bottle
Romantic package (champagne, candle, rose petals): 70€
Californian massage: 80€/person (1 hour)
