Located on the outskirts of Saint-Puy, 1.5km from the village, this recently-built house (115 m² - ground floor), with covered terrace (26 m²) and grounds (1000m²), offers panoramic views over the farm's Vineyard and the village. The Holiday cottage is located on the access road to the farm. In the surrounding area, you'll discover abbeys, bastides, castelnaux, typical villages and the Armagnac Vineyard. It's the ideal place to discover all the cultural riches of the region.

    Très bon accueil.Bel endroit en hauteur vue sur les vignes et le village de St Puy. Correctement équipé.
    Il n'y a pas de clim seulement un ventilateur mais la maison reste fraiche si l'on fait attention.

    Gîte idéalement situé (Condom, Auch, Lectoure, La Romieu,....), dans un endroit calme et reposant avec vue sur la vigne et la campagne gersoise. Bon accueil avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Gîte tout confort, bien équipé notamment pour la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine, cependant certains mériteraient d'être remplacés. Bonne connexion internet, point négatif, très mauvais fonctionnement de la télécommande du téléviseur, à remplacer de toute urgence, Le canapé et les fauteuils, mériteraient une housse ou un bon nettoyage.
