Just 3 km from Miradoux, an ancient fortified town founded in the 13th century, the 130 m² detached house opens onto a 1000 m² private enclosed green space, with secure alarmed access to the swimming pool (4.5 x 8 m - depth: 1.30 m), perfect for relaxing or playing games with the family, as well as meals and barbecues on the terrace! Located on a 100-hectare cereal farm, close to the owners' home, children and adults alike will love the orchard, vegetable garden and chicken coop! The owners do their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible: beds made on arrival!

Separate kitchen, dining room, living room, table soccer, 4 bedrooms (2 x 140 beds, 5 x 90 beds, 2 of which can be twinned), separate toilet, shower room. Annex: covered terrace with bar, shower and toilet.
