Tourists, curists, workers, sales reps or just passing through the Gers, Pascale welcomes you to part of this beautiful 1722 house, a former tenant farmer's dwelling, located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Mère in the Gers, 5 km from the Lot et Garonne, between Agen(28km) and Auch(48km). Pascale, the hostess, welcomes you with her dog Noisette and her goats Astarac and Landes in this guest house recently converted into a Holiday cottage. The house offers a beautiful view of the Gers countryside, with its changing hues depending on the crops.

Located in the heart of the village, it's the ideal starting point for discovering the architecture of the Gers region: bastides, castelnaux, castles, and for enjoying the many festivals and events held throughout the year: the round of cribs, astronomy...

The Holiday cottage features an entrance hall with library and games room.
The spacious, parquet-floored living room features a sitting area with 3 sofas and a dining area with TV, adjoining the bright, fully-equipped kitchen.
You'll sleep in 2 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own shower room and separate toilet: Sentier des feuilles with 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 120, Piste de Tombouctou with 1 bed 160 (shower chair in each bedroom). 2 baby beds, bath and booster seat on request.

Under your windows, the orchard welcomes you with a table, chairs and a barbecue for your meals, as well as deckchairs and 2 armchairs, close to a beautiful secure well and the above-ground swimming pool.
You have access to the rest of the pretty fenced garden: lawn with flower bed approvals, pergola, swings for the Kids and the goat park.

As a welcome gift, Pascale offers you an aperitif and homemade jams, and fruit from the garden is at your disposal.
