The Holiday cottage is located in a green setting, just a few minutes from the center of Lectoure, one of the most beautiful cities in the Gers, renowned for its historic heritage, warm atmosphere and typical Gascon way of life. A true haven of peace for vacations with family or friends.

This luminous, spacious home's wood-and-stone architecture and huge picture windows with unobstructed views over the Countryside make it a real eye-catcher from the moment you arrive. The large windows let in plenty of light and are equipped with solar filters for optimum comfort, complemented by efficient air conditioning. Ground floor: - Superb living room with high ceilings, lounge and dining room opening onto the terrace, - Modern, fully-equipped open kitchen, - Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), - Bathroom with WC.

Upstairs: - One bedroom with double bed (160 cm), - One bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 cm), - One shower room with WC, - A bright mezzanine for relaxing or reading, - A covered terrace on the first floor with ping-pong table.

Outside - Large wooden terrace - Above-ground Piscine for cooling off and soaking up the sun, The exteriors of the house have been completely refurbished recently, and although everything is new and functional, nature still needs a little time to settle in fully.
This garden welcomes you into a peaceful, authentic atmosphere, where the charm is already working, and where the beauty of the place will only grow with time. Although semi-detached with another house occupied year-round, the layout (garage and terrace upstairs separated) guarantees privacy and tranquility for everyone. Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid at time of booking (150€).
