This single-storey Holiday cottage was completely renovated in 2004 to make it accessible to all. It comprises: a 55 m² living room/kitchen, a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, private shower room and toilet, an accessible bedroom with a 140cm bed (possibility of adding a bed or medical equipment), a 4-person bedroom with 2 twin 90cm beds (or 1 180cm x 200cm bed), 1 90cm x 190cm bed on request and a BZ sofa, a separate toilet and a large accessible bathroom. Pets allowed.
Sheet hire: €10 per pair
Bathroom linen hire: 5 € / person
End-of-stay cleaning: €60

Monnier Accueil chaleureux. Gîte spacieux et très bien équipé. La proximité du lac et de sa plage est un atout non négligeable quand on a des enfants.
Seul bémol : l'absence de commerces au village (mais on peut y commander le pain).

Karine Gîte spacieux, bien équipé, isolé avec un chemin de rando aux pieds de la maison.
Grand jardin, les animaux autour, vue sur le village de Lupiac depuis la maison.
Il est quand même bon de savoir que des gens peuvent passer devant la maison car un chemin de rando passe dans le jardin.- Cleanliness
