Located in Berrac, in the heart of a small fortified village, this cosy 82m2 stone house (ground floor + first floor) features a pleasant covered terrace, a courtyard and an enclosed green space (220 m2) ideal for relaxing.
Living room/kitchenette (access by a step), shower room/separate wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90, 1 baby bed), relaxation and reading area (sofa bed 140), bathroom (2 basins), wc. Baby equipment on request. Holiday cottage adjoining closed outbuildings and a house.
