This Holiday cottage is in the commune of Montaut les Créneaux, a pretty, well-restored medieval village. It is located on a farm (garlic, cereals). Size: 55 m 2 - ground floor + mezzanine height: 0.80/1.70, with small terrace (10m²), in the wing of a large house adjoining the owners' house (independent entrance and 400 m2 shady garden), close to another Holiday cottage, shared swimming pool reserved for Holiday Cottage guests (12x6m- depth: 180cm - secured by a fence).
Living room/kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x baby bed), shower room, toilet, small mezzanine (1 x 90cm bed) under sloping roof (height: 0.80m to 1.70m). Garage. heating (heat pump) optional: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
