In the heart of Manciet, a Gers village located between Nogaro and Eauze and crossed by the St Jacques de Compostelle pilgrimage route, the Holiday cottage du Pesquérot will be the ideal starting point for your Gers walks. For family reunions or vacations with friends, this large village house boasts a lovely shaded garden, partly enclosed (gate at the entrance and bordered by vegetation), and a large covered terrace. Bathed in light, the house offers all the comforts you need to make your stay a success: large dining room, lounge with French billiards table..... It's also the ideal starting point for exploring the Gers region: the Camino de Santiago, Eauze, the capital of Armagnac, Nogaro and its famous racetrack. The owners, winegrowers just a few kilometers away, offer you a personalized welcome and, during your stay, a visit to the cellars of Domaine Massas: a 130-hectare family estate. You can also take advantage of a wine cellar and bar close to the estate's Holiday cottage, as well as additional bedrooms.

Line & friends A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Gascony
We had a wonderful one-week stay at this beautiful gîte in Manciet.
The house is exceptionally spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly suited for a large family gathering or a group of friends, whether for a weekend or a longer holiday. The bedrooms are comfortable and well arranged, with several benefiting from their own private shower and sink, while the others share a large, well-appointed bathroom.
The ground floor is the heart of the home: a large, fully equipped kitchen, inviting living and dining rooms, and multiple French doors opening onto the terrace and garden. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast and many of our meals in the spacious kitchen and on the terrace. The house offers everything needed for relaxing and entertaining, including a bar, pool table, piano, barbecue, and comfortable TV area.
Manciet is an excellent base from which to explore the Gers, Gascony, and the surrounding region.
A special thank you to our gracious hosts, Myriam and Stéphane, for their warm welcome and hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this gîte.

Très bon séjour dans une grande maison très bien entretenue. On était 12 adultes et franchement tout le monde était ravi du séjour.
Il y a vraiment de la place pour des grands groupes.

Jean Marc Séjour VVT dans le Gers
Gite accueillant, propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires très agréables et réactifs sont à féliciter. Durant notre séjour nous avons réalisé la visite de leur chai et ce fut un agréable moment d'échange avec le propriétaire. Bref, un très bon séjour à Manciet.

JEROME Conforme et confortable
Nous avons partagé cette magnifique bâtisse à 5 couples et 3 enfants pour un week-end prolongé. Nous avons apprécié l’espace, les volumes et l’indépendance qu’offre toutes les chambres, pour la plus part avec une salle d’eau. Les espaces de convivialité qu’offrent également la grande cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon - salle de jeux. Les équipements, la propreté, le linge et les lits confortables. Merci.
