This charming Holiday cottage is located on the 1st floor of a house divided into two parts: on one side, the owners' residence, and on the other, your accommodation on the 1st floor, with an owners' business room below. Nestling in the heart of the Countryside, just a few minutes from the village of Seissan, it offers a peaceful, authentic setting, ideal for a relaxing stay.

The Holiday cottage comprises a bedroom, shower room and kitchen, as well as a private terrace downstairs, perfect for breakfast in the sun or just relaxing.

There's also a swimming pool (to be shared with the owners), and a large covered terrace with summer kitchen, ideal for relaxing in the shade or enjoying a meal al fresco.

The accommodation is suitable for a young child, with a baby bed available. Kids will love discovering the animals on site, including sheep, Toulouse geese, chickens, dogs and a cat.
