Exactly on the GR 65, in the heart of the small village of Flamarens, and at the foot of its castle, Marie-Hélène welcomes you to this typical Gers house with its refined decor, ideal for a stay with family or friends.

You'll enjoy the peace and quiet and the unique landscape of the exceptional Flamarens site.
In an atmosphere that celebrates the arts, culture and heritage, you'll be accommodated with all modern comforts. The house has a large living room with sitting area, dining area and fireplace, and an independent, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace and private, fenced garden with a beautiful view of the château. There's a ground-floor suite comprising 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), a separate toilet, a large bathroom with shower and bath, and a third bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed. Upstairs, accessible via a first staircase, you'll find two bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 90) and a shower room with toilet.
A second spiral staircase leads to a television room.
Take advantage of the park and the Piscine shared with the château's owners (11x7 - depth: 1.5 and secured by an electric curtain): what better way to stroll while enjoying the view, or just lounge by the water!
On the border of the Gers and Tarn-et-Garonne departments, Flamarens is the starting point for many walks on the Chemin de St Jacques, or visits by car to neighboring villages such as Lectoure, St Clar, Fleurance and Valence d'Agen.
