A corridor leads to a separate toilet, a shower room with walk-in shower and corner bath, a Kids' bedroom with Bunk beds, two bedrooms with 160x200 beds, and another bedroom with a 140x200 bed. Utility room. Central vacuuming and ducted air-conditioning.
The annex comprises a spacious living room, a bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a shower room with toilet, and direct access to the Piscine and covered terrace, as well as to the barbecue and plancha area.
Boules pitch. Covered shed for bikes, motorcycles or equipment.
Private Piscine with cover, 9.50x3.80m - 1.40m deep, open from 01/05 to 31/10 depending on weather conditions, swims against current, underwater Beach. Enclosed grounds.
