Situated in a green setting on the Nîmes-Sommières axis, it offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside on one side, while being close to shops and amenities on the other.

Enjoy a 4000 m2 enclosed garden with swimming pool (8.5x4.5m - depth: 1.5m - open from April to November), boulodrome, table tennis, table soccer and outdoor bath and shower area for unique moments. Numerous relaxation areas, covered terraces and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, plancha, television...) invite you to live outdoors, in complete autonomy. Here, outdoor living is a pleasure!

Inside, you'll find a warm and comfortable sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and a shower room, located on the villa's souplex floor, where you'll appreciate the fresh air.

The rooms are accessed via a separate entrance. The accommodation comprises two large communicating bedrooms, separated by a door. The master bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed, large TV, hospitality tray and on-the-go dining area with microwave, coffeemaker, kettle and top-of-the-range fridge.
An open-plan shower room has been cleverly designed to provide privacy under the Italian shower with rain shower. A large walk-in wardrobe provides perfect storage space for your clothes.
The second bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm Kids bed with canopy, a small desk with various games and books to keep your Kids occupied. Separate toilet.

A hearty, sweet and savory home-cooked breakfast using fresh local produce is served on the veranda.
