The "Soleil Levant" Holiday cottage, an old renovated farmhouse, is set in beautiful greenery with access to the river on 3 hectares of parkland.

Well-equipped, it offers all the comforts you need for a carefree vacation. It is possible to bring your horse or motorbike. (Horse or Motorbike)

The natural heritage of this northern part of the department is remarkable, with two Natura 2000 sites (the Cèze and its gorges - the Garrigue de Lussan), a natural zone of ecological, faunistic and floristic interest. Close to the villages of Saint Jean de Maruéjols, Barjac (antique and second-hand fairs) and Uzès (colorful Saturday market). Ideal starting point for visiting the Gorges de la Cèze and de l'Ardèche, and its "CHAUVET" cave, much appreciated by hikers and Bikers, or for canoeing and cave trips. Your hosts will be delighted to advise you (maps, guides) on what you're looking for, to ensure you have a great vacation.

Independent Holiday cottage with access from the terrace to the living room and kitchen. An inside staircase leads to the second floor with a first bedroom (2 x 90 cm beds), a separate toilet, then a second bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed) with a study area and washbasin, a shower room with walk-in shower, double washbasin and separate toilet, and another bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed) with study area. Fiber optics. Heating surcharge depending on temperature in low and mid-season (€65/week).
Table tennis, on the banks of the Cèze river 50 m away (swimming possible), plancha and barbecue. Parking lot. Horse or donkey park nearby for equestrians (enclosed enclosure with drinking trough). Two terraces, one covered.
