The Holiday cottage, designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people, features a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious air-conditioned living room, two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom and Wi-Fi access. Just a few minutes' walk from the heart of the village of Saint-Gervais, you'll appreciate the authenticity and friendliness of the local markets, small shops and typical restaurants. A natural swimming spot in the Cèze, just a 10-minute walk away, awaits you for cool, relaxing moments with family or friends.

Independent, single-storey Holiday cottage with 4 steps to entrance, comprising living room with open-plan kitchen and adjoining laundry room (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine...), lounge area with sofa bed and TV, dining area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) with bunk beds, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. Air-conditioning in living room only. 1000m2 enclosed grounds, 30m2 terrace partly covered by a bioclimatic pergola, carport. One dog admitted free of charge.
