Village environment. Totally independent house on 2 levels. Fully air-conditioned.
Entrance is via the 1st floor, featuring a large living/dining room, independent fitted kitchen with adjoining laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer), 1 master suite with 1 x 160cm bed, bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), TV and dressing room, 2 bedrooms each with en-suite shower room (shower and toilet), one with 1 x 140cm bed and TV, one with 2 x 90cm beds. An interior staircase leads to a ground-floor studio with a 140cm bed, TV, kitchenette and bathroom with toilet.
Enclosed grounds of 2000m2 with private swimming pool (10x5m - depth 1.40m) secured with a cover, open from late May to mid-October, and heated outside July and August, weather permitting. Pool house with sink, plancha and pizza oven. Garage.
