Completely independent Holiday cottage, with spacious living room with fireplace, billiards table, table soccer, independent kitchen with 12th-century well, and sitting room.
Two ground-floor bedrooms: a family room with 1 x 160x200 bed and 2 x 90 beds, a sleeping area with window and curtain/paravent that opens onto the living room with a 160x200 four-poster bed and access to an upstairs bedroom.
Two bedrooms upstairs: a separate bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and a family room with 1 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds.
The 200 m2 enclosed courtyard features an above-ground swimming pool (4 m in diameter and 1.30 m deep, with safety ladder) open from May to September, weather permitting. A landscaped outdoor area with table-bench at the entrance to the house.
Outdoor parking on unfenced plot. Firewood 50€ per stere.
