The cottage is located in a wine estate bordered by a wooded area. Nimes is 18 km away.
Conditions for welcoming animals: obligatory cleaning fee (€150). Come and enjoy the sunshine of the South of France in a completely independent gîte offering a clear view of the wine estate, as well as an intimate space in the shade of century-old oaks.

You will be on site for walks in the vineyards or the Leins woods, and a 5-minute walk from small shops (bakery-pastry shop, rotisserie, pizza truck, tobacconist, bar, grocery store, post office) and 5 km from 'a supermarket with a commercial area (banks, pharmacy, medical laboratory, service station, etc.).

Ideally located in the heart of the department, you can visit remarkable sites within an hour's drive: Nîmes, Uzès, the Pont du Gard, the Bambouseraie d'Anduze, Aigues-Mortes, Arles, Montpellier, Avignon... But also enjoy the sea or discover the Cévennes, listed as a UNESCO heritage site.
