Perfectly situated for exploring the region's treasures, you can easily visit iconic sites such as Anduze, the Pont du Gard, Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon and Arles. Let yourself be seduced by the enchanting landscapes of the Cévennes, the cirque de Navacelles, Mont Aigoual, the Mediterranean and the Camargue.

The house, which can accommodate 2 to 10 people, features a fully renovated kitchen, a cozy living room with wood-burning stove, and several comfortable bedrooms. Each room is air-conditioned.

Outside, a garden pavilion with outdoor shower and a pétanque court await you. The enclosed garden features a generously sized swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, offering views of the Vineyards and Cévennes . Ample parking is also available.

First floor: living room/kitchen, lounge, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed + 1 x 90cm raised bed, 1 shower room with shower, 1 separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 separate toilet.
Enclosed grounds of 3500 m2, with 130 m2 terrace offering several areas for dining, relaxing, etc. Private Piscine (10 x 5 m - depth: 1.20 to 1.80 m) open from April to October, weather permitting. On-site parking.
