Farmhouse environment. Semi-detached in built-up area. Ground floor, ground-level access, living room/kitchen with oven and fridge, 2 bedrooms, shower room, 1 toilet, grounds, terrace, outdoor space not overlooked, garden furniture, parking, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, central heating, Electric heating, air conditioning (billed at current rate according to meter readings on arrival and departure).
Sleeping accommodation: 2 beds (140cm).
Pets allowed: 1 pet maximum, dog or cat, maximum 20kg. Access to bedrooms forbidden. Personal bassinet required. Pets must never be left alone in the Holiday cottage. Wine and olive oil produced on the property.
