This charming gîte has been meticulously renovated in a former barn, once used to store fodder for the dairy cows of this magnificent 19th-century farmhouse.

Nestled in the heart of the magnificent Cévennes countryside, close to Anduze, this place is brimming with history and character.

In the past, part of this barn was dedicated to silkworm rearing, an activity that provided a valuable additional income in this Cévennes region. Today, you can enjoy this picturesque setting and immerse yourself in the history of this region, while benefiting from all modern comforts.

Farmhouse environment. Semi-detached in built-up area. Ground-level access, living room/kitchen with oven and fridge, 3 bedrooms, shower room, grounds, outdoor space not overlooked, garden furniture, air-conditioning (billed at current rate according to meter readings on arrival and departure). Private, covered, unheated Piscine (7m x 3.5m - 1m50 deep), open from April to October, weather permitting.
Sleeping accommodation: 1 bed 160 + 1 bed 140 + 2 single beds 90x190.
Pet-friendly conditions: 1 pet maximum, dog or cat, maximum 20kg. Access to bedrooms forbidden. Personal bassinet required. Pets must never be left alone in the Holiday cottage. Wine and olive oil produced on the property.
