Its heated swimming pool, available from late April to October 15 depending on weather conditions, as well as its exposure and facilities, will enable you to enjoy swimming from the first rays of spring sunshine right through to autumn.

This beautiful 2-hectare property, located in the center of the Gard region, is bordered by a wood of oaks, olive trees and cypresses with the scent of Provence.

You can visit the most beautiful sites in the area, such as the Bamboo Grove in Anduze, Uzès (the first Duchy of France), the Pont du Gard, Nîmes la Romaine, Sommières, the Grotte des Demoiselles, Aigues-Mortes, La Grande-Motte and Montpellier. And the Sea is around 50 km away.

The charmingly decorated, single-storey gîte offers: a fully-equipped, air-conditioned kitchen-living room with sitting area, 1 bedroom (160cm bed), a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, separate toilet in laundry room with washing machine. Outside, a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture overlooking the Cévennes, and a lounge area with deckchairs under the oak trees. Garden area. Uncovered parking. The shared private swimming pool (6x12m) is heated from late April to mid-October, weather permitting. You can also enjoy a private shaded area with deckchairs.
