Living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto lounge overlooking private Piscine and covered terrace. 4 bedrooms: 1 with 4 pers 90 cm Bunk beds + 1 with 160 cm bed + 2 with 140 cm beds. 1 bathroom and 1 shower room with shower and toilet, 1 separate toilet, storeroom with washing machine and dryer. Air-conditioning in living room and hallway.
Large garden with terrace, barbecue, Kids' play area, trampoline, bowling green and private Piscine (4m x 8m, 1.50m deep), secured by roller shutter, open from May 1 to October 30, weather permitting.
