Christophe has renovated this family home to offer you the ideal vacation between Gard and Hérault.
Situated in a small, serene village, the house is totally independent, with all comforts and a beautiful private swimming pool. Your peace and quiet will only be disturbed by the sound of birdsong.
You can choose to relax by alternating between the pool and sunbathing, or visit the many tourist attractions nearby: the medieval village of Sauve, the small town of Sommières, the glassmakers' path, the grotte des Demoiselles, canoeing on the Hérault or Vidourle rivers, the Bambouseraie, the Nîmes arenas...
We also invite you to take advantage of your stay to discover the wines of the region, as well as the excellent products of an exceptional terroir!
Village environment. Completely self-contained character gîte on 2 levels for 4 adults and 2 children. Dining room, living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms including 1 on the first floor (sleeps 2 160 x 200 + 2 90 x 190), 1 shower room (accessible by 4 steps), 1 toilet. Air-conditioning in living areas. Enclosed 350 m2 grounds with terrace, private swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) secured by fence and open from April to September, weather permitting. Garage. Rental Saturday to Saturday only.

FM33 joli gîte
Séjour très agréable avec une possibilité de visite très étendue. Charmante maison avec tout le nécessaire, il ne manque rien et le propriétaire est à l'image de sa maison très gentil et charmant. Si vous avez besoin de lui, il répond présent. Je recommande ce joli coin et cette demeure.

Propriétaire très sympa, très bon accueil. Nous sommes venus avec notre petit chien et notre chat, tout est clôturé donc tout est sécurisé, c'est top. Beaucoup d'espace. La piscine est super, mais pour notre période, l'eau était un peu froide...
En période scolaire, il y a une école juste à côté de la maison, nous n'avons pas été trop gênés.

Nous venons de passer un bon séjour dans ce gîte ! Confortable, spacieux et propre.
La piscine a été particulièrement appréciée, idéale pour se rafraîchir et se détendre après une journée d'exploration.L'emplacement est parfait, entouré de nature, offrant une tranquillité appréciable
L’atmosphère paisible du lieu nous a permis de nous ressourcer pleinement.Un grand merci au propriétaire, qui s'est montré très arrangeant et réactif tout au long de notre séjour.
Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte à tous ceux qui cherchent à allier confort et tranquillité.

Très bon séjour dans ce superbe gîte et très bon accueil du propriétaire, gîte au calme avec une très belle propriété, terrasse, jardin, piscine ....
Seul petit bémol poire de douche non fixable, cela va être rectifié par le propriétaire.
Très bon accueil avec les glaçons prêts pour l'apéritif :), bouteilles et fruits offert.
En résumé, nous recommandons pleinement ce très bon gîte afin de pouvoir visiter cette belle région entre le Gard et l'Hérault.- Cleanliness

Parfait A perfect stay
This gîte is perfect for our family (2 sons and 2 grandchilderen). Nice pool, although the water was a little cold in the beginning of May, the grandchilderen loved it.
