Village setting. Gîte occupying the last 2 levels of a 2-storey house. An outside staircase leads to the gîte entrance on the 1st level. The well-equipped kitchen/living room opens onto a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. A bedroom with a comfortable 140cm sofa bed and TV is on the same level, with an en-suite shower room and toilet. It can be used as a lounge when the sofa is folded away. There is also a separate toilet. On the floor above, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 television and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
A barbecue is available just outside the front door. Public parking nearby. The river is 100 meters away. Multi-service store 400 m away.
