Discover a haven of peace in the heart of the Occitanie region, between the sea and the Cévennes, with our gîte featuring a private heated swimming pool. Nestled among vineyards and garrigue, it's an ideal location for exploring the region's tourist treasures.
Take advantage of our proximity to Nîmes and Montpellier to visit must-see sites such as the Mer des Rochers and the wooden fork conservatory in Sauve. Immerse yourself in history by discovering the medieval castles of Villevieille or exploring the Roman remains of Nîmes.
Don't miss the opportunity to visit the famous Pont du Gard, a masterpiece of Roman architecture. And for hiking enthusiasts, the majestic Cévennes offer a multitude of picturesque trails to explore.
After a busy day, relax in our private swimming pool and enjoy the peace and quiet of our gîte (town center and all amenities 500m away).
Totally independent village gîte with living room-kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 x 160 cm beds and 2 x 90 cm beds), 1 independent toilet and 1 shower room.
Spacious terrace, garden, plancha, table soccer, enclosed shaded parking for 2 cars, private heated pool (9 x 3.5 m, 1.50 m deep throughout) OPEN FROM END OF JUNE TO END OF AUGUST, weather permitting. A supplement of €20 to €40/week depending on the season is payable to the owner for the pool heating option (at +2° above ambient temperature, switched on as soon as water temperature falls below 24°).

Le propriétaire est heureux de vous accueillir au gite de Mai à septembre inclus et toute l'année durant les vacances scolaires. Un lit parapluie et une chaise haute bébé permettent l'accueil des touts petits. Un grand baby-foot est sur place pour des soirées festives ainsi que 2 trousses de boules de pétanque...

Meike Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Großes abgeschlossenes Grundstück, das aber an einigen Stellen etwas ungepflegt ist. Der Bereich unter dem Balkon wirkt unaufgeräumt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine ist allerdings nicht fest eingebaut und bewegt sich mit jeder Bedienung. Die Betten waren sehr gut, wobei in einem der Doppelbetten eine knisternde Unterlage unter dem Bettlaken war, worauf man ziemlich schwitzt.
Toll ist, dass fast alle Fenster Fliegengitter haben. Alle Fenster haben elektrische Rolläden.
Klimaanlage war top, hat den gesamten Wohn- und Schlafbereich gut klimatisiert.
Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön.
Nachteil: auf dem Grundstück lebt eine Katze, für die uns der Eigentümer direkt bei Ankunft die Verantwortung fürs Füttern übertragen hat. Ich vermutete, er würde das irgendwann wieder übernehmen, aber es kam niemand und wir haben es die ganzen drei Wochen gemacht.
Der Gastgeber Raymond war sehr nett und freundlich, aber die Kommunikation war schwierig, denn er spricht tatsächlich nur Französisch.- Cleanliness

Clients tres sympathiques, j'ai 82 ans et parle en effet que le Français ! Je comprends l'espagnol. :-)

Maison grande, propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut, bons lits, belle piscine, baby-foot , tranquille et accueil proprio tip top.

Tosh Séjour agréable
Séjour agréable réalisé en famille pour les vacances d'été. Le propriétaire est sympathique et discret.
La terrasse du rez de chaussée est bien agréable pour les apéros sous les fortes chaleurs. La piscine est assez grande et le cadre est sympathique.
Le gîte est situé à proximité des supermarchés, boulangerie et pharmacie et de son beau marché estival, Quissac est une ville sympathique.
