The old La Dorelle grain mill, built on the banks of the river, has been converted into a vacation rental for up to 5 people.

You'll appreciate the Holiday cottage's comfortable interior all year round, and its shady outdoor setting for summer days and evenings.

The mas is located in a setting of rivers, mountains and chestnut groves, just 800 meters from Sumène in the southern Cévennes. On site you'll find a bakery-pastry shop, a pizzeria, a restaurant, a tobacconist's, a mini-market, a garage... The City of Ganges, with its many shops and restaurants, supermarket, Tuesday and Friday markets and leisure activities, is just 8 km away.

The surrounding area is ideal for Hiking. The characterful village of Saint Martial, with its beautiful Romanesque church, is a must-see in the region, just 15 minutes away by car.

Farmhouse environment. Le Moulin is a detached house located on the banks of the Rieutord river, 800m from the village.
Living room with kitchen (equipped with fridge, gas/electric stove, microwave, dishwasher), open to living room with TV and dining room with bay window overlooking the Ranc des Banes. 2 bedrooms: one on the river side with 1 x 140cm bed, the second on the meadow side with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed. Separate WC, shower room with washing machine.
Unenclosed exterior, parking, barbecue, garden furniture, terrace area.
Wood heating and electric heating included. Baby equipment (bed, bath, high chair, potty) on request.
One dog admitted subject to size (see owner) - cats not accepted. Tourist tax not included.
