Designed with your comfort in mind, the interior combines modernity and conviviality, perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.

Outside, you'll find enclosed grounds with covered parking, two terraces with barbecue and plancha for grilling and outdoor meals. The infinity pool is ideal for cooling off while admiring the view.

First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting area with 140x190 sofa bed, shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.
On the 1st floor, bedroom with TV and 1 x 160x200 bed.
Enclosed grounds with two terraces, covered parking, Piscine shared with the owner (9.60x4.20m - depth: 1.60m - secured with electric roller shutter - salt-treated), open from early May to late October, weather permitting. Located next to the owner's house, it is accessible and reserved for renters from 9am to 7pm.
Closed storage for bicycles, if required.
