The shared swimming pool, covered and heated if required, will ensure a pleasant stay. A large wooden terrace adjoins the pool, allowing you to spend a pleasant moment in the shade of the kiwi trellis.

The gîte has a large living room with a modern, well-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. You'll love the large picture windows with their unobstructed views over the valley.

The large private terrace, with deckchairs, garden furniture, patio table and chairs and barbecue, is partly shaded by a trellis.

The river "le Gardon" is 400m from the gîte, ideal for swimming.

Numerous walks and bike rides.

Large, fully-equipped living room/kitchen (60m2), 2 bedrooms each with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 sleeping area (room without window to outside) with 2 x 90cm beds, 2 shower rooms, 1 with toilet and washing machine, 1 separate toilet.
Large private terrace. Large, shared, unfenced plot with covered, heated Piscine (9x3m), available from end-April to end-September, weather permitting.
Private parking at property entrance.
Bed linen and towels included.
