Located at the foot of the Cévennes mountains, this Holiday cottage is the perfect base for exploring the region: Parc expo d'Alès (2km), Pôle Mécanique d'Alès (13km), Thermal baths at Les Fumades (14km), Mont Bouquet (climbing and paragliding site), Mine Témoin, Grottes de la Salamandre and de la Cocalière, la Bambouseraie, le Pont du Gard, accrobranches, Parc National des Cévennes, as well as the charming villages of Vézénobres and Lussan, and the lively markets of Uzès and Alès...

First floor: living room with fitted kitchen and dining area with TV, small lounge opening onto terrace with TV, bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine with 3 90cm beds, toilet area with washbasin.
Small private enclosed plot with shaded terrace and barbecue.
Shared outdoor areas: Piscine shared with the owner (8x4m - up to 1.60m deep, salt-treated) open from late May to mid-September depending on weather conditions, parking on the property, access to a common room with the washing machine reserved for the Holiday cottage.
