Semi-detached house with owner. From the interior courtyard, an outside staircase leads to a 15 m2 fenced-in terrace with wicket gate and barbecue.
There's a 14 m2 living room with kitchenette. There's a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, and another 16 m2 bedroom with four-poster bed and 1 adjustable bed for kids. On the first floor, under the terrace, you'll find a laundry room with washing machine.
