Near Anduze, Bagard is a small rural village with all amenities, just 7 km from Alès.

On one level, this small Countryside cottage is very functional for a couple and two Kids. A 50 m2 shared swimming pool is ideal for cooling off and relaxing.

There's plenty to see and do nearby: La Bambouseraie, Aqua Forest multi-activity park, Uzès, Anduze night markets, flea markets, hiking and biking...
The house is ideally located for discovering the Gard department at the gateway to the Cévennes, via the Pont du Gard, or the City of Nîmes, rich in history and heritage, with its many canoeing and swimming spots, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to outings and visits.

Set in 7,000 m2 of enclosed grounds, Holiday cottage du mas is a house adjoining the owner's Cévennes farmhouse, with its own entrance.

Holiday cottage on one level. The living room features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace with a plancha for sunny meals.
A shower room and separate toilet, then two communicating bedrooms, the first with a double bed 140x190 cm and the second, air-conditioned, with 2 single beds 90x190.
Piscine shared with another Holiday cottage (5x10 m, 1.65 m deep, with barrier and alarm), open from April to September and weather permitting. Parking on enclosed property. Boules pitch.
