The Mas du Villaret 'Fontfroide' (meaning cold fountain) dates from the early 18th century.

It's set in the middle of nature, with no neighbors, in an environment of springs, river, holm oaks and chestnut trees, with its 6x12 m swimming pool below.

The buildings, once used as a "magnanerie" and "clède / four à pain", have been converted into vacation gîtes.

Claire and Michel will be delighted to welcome you, and help you discover their beautiful region of the Cévennes and Gard: GR60 and other hiking trails nearby, Mont Aigoual and its weather observatory, the Cirque de Navacelles, museums and caves, activities such as canoeing, via ferrata...

Kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) + 1 mezzanine bedroom (2 x 90cm beds for children) with access by ladder, shower room, 1 toilet, grounds, garden furniture, parking, shared washing machine, baby equipment, bed linen provided, electric heating, shared private swimming pool (6m x 12m), open from May 1st to mid-October, weather permitting. Cot, table tennis, GR 60 nearby.
Pets welcome: On request outside school vacations - prior authorization from owner required.
