Hamlet setting. Small detached house in a farmhouse with another gîte, located 500 m from the village and its shops.
Ideal for two people and a young child. First-floor living room/kitchen opening onto two terraces bordered by a pond; ground-floor bedroom with en-suite shower room, separate toilet. The perfectly insulated gîte has underfloor central heating. Facilities include: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, oven, filter coffee maker + Senseo coffee machine, cot, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Sleeps: 1 double bed (140cm). Shared swimming pool (8m x 4m -1.60m deep), open from May to September, weather permitting.
Tourist tax not included. Sheets and towels for hire.

5/5Séjour parfait…..
L’endroit est exceptionnel. Au calme et loin de tout. C’est ce que nous recherchions. Les deux gîtes ont chacun leur intimité, la piscine commune est très agréable. La vue et le cadre sont incroyables.
Une petite supérette à 1km est pratique pour dépanner.
Il faut aimer être au calme.
Le gîte (2p) est très agréable et bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle…). Il y a plus que le nécessaire pour des vacances.
Nous avons passé une super semaine! Des endroits comme ça se font rares!

5/5This is really a very nice little house, very complete. In addition the swimming pool is a nice extra. Especially at the end of the afternoon when the terrace is in the full sun, the swimming pool area also provides some shadowy places. A lot of information is provided by the friendly owner, amongst them also descriptions and maps of all walks that can be made directly from the house and are all very different and beautifull. The ity of Vigan is not far. We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it.
