First floor: a large living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace and giving access to the garden below, a small shower room with shower, toilet and washing machine + tumble dryer. A few steps lead down to a living room with fireplace (1st flambée offered), and the vaulted bedroom (not air-conditioned but cool).
1st floor: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite with access to the mezzanine with work and reading area, a bathroom with bath and shower, and an independent private toilet.
2nd floor: 1 air-conditioned bedroom, shower room and toilet.
Enclosed garden with terrace, private swimming pool (5.40x3m - 1.20m deep) open from early April to late October, weather permitting, inflatable Spa. Large garage for 2 vehicles, with charging station for electric vehicles. Beach towels for Piscine provided.
