This family villa welcomes you with every comfort: a large living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outside, a large landscaped garden with secure swimming pool, shaded terrace, boules area, summer kitchen with plancha and wood-burning oven for your pizza evenings.

The cities of Orange (13 km) and Avignon (18 km) are accessible by public transport.

For wine lovers, Roquemaure is the birthplace of the Côtes du Rhône, and close to many vineyards. We recommend the Cellier des Chartreux winery (6 km), as well as the renowned vineyards and restaurants of Châteauneuf-du-Pape (10 km). The Rasteau, Vacqueyras and Gigondas appellations are less than 30 minutes away by car.

The region also abounds in great Hiking trails, such as the Dentelles de Montmirail from Gigondas.

Enclosed grounds with shaded terrace, summer kitchen, bowling green, private Piscine (7 x 3.5m - 1.40m deep) secured by barrier + tarpaulin, open from May to October, weather permitting.
