Semi-independent village gîte, located on the first floor of the owners' house, with independent entrance. Kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 with 2 x 90 cm bunk beds + 1 x 90 cm bed and private shower). Bathroom, separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Baby equipment: changing table, cot, high chair, baby bath chair. Shared swimming pool (10 x 5m) open from May 15 to October 15, weather permitting, enclosed grounds, garden, children's play area and barbecue. Secure parking. Access by dirt track.
