Welcome to La Maisonnette, a detached villa with an enclosed, unoverlooked garden. This bright house features a convivial living space on the first floor and two cozy bedrooms upstairs, providing the ideal setting for 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.

This gîte is the perfect base for exploring the region, from the Cevennes mountains to the sunny beaches of the Mediterranean. In just 15 minutes, you can discover the picturesque town of Anduze, its Bamboo Grove and the Cevennes Steam Train, as well as the medieval village of Sauve and its rocky landscapes, the small character town of Sommières, or the many events in Alès.

For the adventurous, hiking trails abound in the surrounding area, both in the Cévennes and in the surrounding garrigues. A little further afield, let yourself be seduced by the treasures of Uzès, the Pont du Gard, the Roman monuments of Nîmes, or the unique landscapes of the Camargue...

Village environment. Detached house on 2 levels.
First floor: living room/kitchen with sitting area equipped with a sofa bed that can be used as a bed if required, bathroom with shower and toilet.
1st floor: 1 attic bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed (+ 90cm pull-out bed for Kids) and study area, 1 attic bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed.
Reversible air-conditioning in all rooms.
Enclosed garden with terrace equipped with awning. Car parking available.
Holiday cottage sleeps up to 4. For a 5th person, supplement of 10€/night or 50€/week. Baby free up to 2 years (Umbrella bed and high chair available on request).
