Welcome to La Claie des Chênes, a south-facing, stone-built Holiday cottage planted with evergreen oaks.
From the terrace, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the village of Saint-Martial.
Booklets are available to help you discover the Cévennes during your stay! A Romanesque church built in 1156. White crosses above the doors of the houses mark the Catholic identity of the village. The narrow streets and calades form a labyrinth around the village. Saint-Martial, capital of the Cévennes sweet onion. In the center of the village, "Lou Régalou", a semi-gastronomic Restaurant, renowned throughout the region and beyond. Village grocery open 3 days a week, and every Sunday morning in July and August, a Market selling local produce. Book your stay, Elisabeth will be delighted to welcome you.

Un séjour Exceptionnel, le cadre est magnifique et le gite tout confort!! nous avons passé une semaine formidable entre randonnées, repos et restaurant. Franka Un petit paradis dans les cevennes
Le. Gîte est tout simplement magnifique , la vue sur le village est sublime. On est au calme , la Clim permet de prendre le frais. Le village est à 10min à pied. Le chemin est escarpé mais facilement praticable. Le plus le spa est la pour se décontracter après les belles randonnées. Il faut aller au marché de Ganges et Le vegan.
Un des plus beau gîte que nous avons loué et on en a fait
