Outside, the private Piscine invites you to relax in the sunshine, while the partly enclosed grounds guarantee peace and privacy. You'll enjoy two terraces, one with a barbecue, for meals and moments of idleness in the heart of nature.

Hiking and cycling trails start right from the Holiday cottage. Discover the local heritage: the castles of Montalet, Portes and Aujac, the Mine Témoin d'Alès and the Maison du Mineur de la Grand Combe, the Cocalière and Salamandre caves, the villages of character (Barjac, Lussan, La Roque sur Cèze, Vézénobres...), the Museums of Alès, Le Préhistorama and many more!

The house comprises a living room, kitchen with gas hob, microwave, fridge, sink and utility room with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room and separate toilet. A 2nd bedroom with 2 90cm beds, shower and toilet is accessible from outside.
Private enclosed grounds with 2 terraces, private swimming pool (7x3.5m - depth 1.10 to 1.50m) open from May 1 to September 30, garage.
