The exterior offers various areas shaded by holm oaks, a separate 12 m2 terrace with dining table and plancha, separate garden furniture, indoor parking, as well as an above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners and open from early June to late September, weather permitting (4.5m diameter - 1.20m deep). Sports hall available on request. Town center shops 500 m away, Intermarché 1.5 km.
