Self-contained gîte WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING, comprising on first floor: living room/kitchen, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin), private wc/ on 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed), 1 bathroom with wc (shower and bath). Heated floor.
Sloping pool, beach, heated to 27°, 8 x 4m, (open from late May to mid-September, weather permitting), secured by roller shutter. Covered terrace, shower, deckchairs, hammocks, plancha. Garden of 1,600 m2, laid out in "faïsses", typical Cévennes terraces for growing olive trees. Covered parking for 2 cars, residential area.
Not recommended for children under 10, the elderly or disabled, as the house is distributed over 3 floors, with no handrails or barriers, and many faïsses walls.
