Nearby, between Vallon Pont d'Arc and Saint-Martin- d'Ardèche, discover the sublime Gorges de l'Ardèche, the most beautiful gorges in Europe with a 22 km canyon with a crystal-clear river, the Grotte de Chauvet 2 and the picturesque villages of Balazuc, la Beaume, Bourg Saint Andéol.

Charming, air-conditioned Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' home, set in 3000 m2 of landscaped, fenced grounds. From the private terrace, access to a fully-equipped kitchen with relaxation area. A very comfortable bedroom with quality bedding (king size 180 cm) gives access to a WC with washbasin and front-mounted washer-dryer, and to another area with spacious shower. Piscine shared with the owners only, open from May to September, weather permitting. Dimensions 9x8 depth 1.50 max. under NF alarm. Barbecue. Secure indoor parking.
