A well-equipped Bastide-style villa nestled in lush greenery for an unforgettable vacation in a peaceful setting. The ideal home for a family get-together or a get-together with friends.

You'll find yourselves around the Piscine (10x4 secured, 1.50 m deep and heated on request at extra cost), the plancha and barbecue, the pétanque court under the trees in the garden, and the swing. Suitable for recharging electric vehicles.

Take advantage of this typical stone village and nearby shops: Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie 3 km and Uzès 7 km away.

Two independent entrances lead to the villa, which includes 2 fully-equipped kitchens with American fridges. For babies and Kids, we provide an Umbrella bed, 2 high chairs, a free-standing bathtub, a stroller, a cosy and toys. Bed linen and towels are provided for a minimum stay of one week.

A totally independent Holiday cottage, with ducted air-conditioning and two entrances giving access to two kitchens opening onto a spacious living room.
There's a ground-floor bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, and a separate shower room and toilet.
Two interior staircases give access to the other bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs:

- master bedroom "Caramel": 1 bed 160x200 with private bathroom

Bed linen and towels are charged at €20/room for stays of less than a week (to be paid directly to the owner).
