Welcome to "Au Bonheur de Félix", in Seynes. This small village of less than 150 inhabitants, with its picturesque center, old wash-house and fountain, is located at the foot of Mont Bouquet, close to climbing, paragliding, hiking and mountain-biking trails.
Just 200 m from the main road linking Alès to Bagnols-sur-Cèze, you can easily explore the village of Lussan (11 km), the town of Uzès (15 km), Anduze, Vaison la Romaine, Nîmes (40 km), Mont Ventoux and Avignon (80 km) and many other places between the Cévennes, Provence and the Camargue.
Our cosy and comfortable gîte, with covered and sheltered terrace, petanque court and private swimming pool, will enable you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and conviviality.

Fully-equipped kitchen/living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom (2 twin 80cm beds), 1 sleeping area separated from the living room by a partition (1 140cm bed), 1 shower room with toilet, closed with a curtain.
Enclosed grounds, covered and partially enclosed terrace, pétanque court, private swimming pool (30 m2). Parking, table tennis.
House protected by alarm and owner's friendly dogs.
Not recommended for tall people (ceiling height approx. 2 m).

Guillaume Un séjour paisible et ressourçant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte plein de charme. L’accueil des hôtes était chaleureux et attentionné, avec de petites attentions à notre arrivée qui ont fait toute la différence. Le logement est parfaitement propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût.
Le cadre est idéal pour se détendre : calme, nature et de magnifiques paysages aux alentours.

Tout était parfait l'accueil,le gîte,la piscine,le super terrain de pétanque et le chant des cigales et des oiseaux.

Sandra B. Super séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants, chez Annie et Pascal qui nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour.
Le gîte est bien agencé, très propre, et conserve bien la fraîcheur: nous n’avons pas eu à utiliser la climatisation (pourtant à notre disposition), malgré les températures extérieures avoisinant les 40 degrés !
Encore un grand merci à Annie et Pascal, nous aurons plaisir à revenir dans votre jolie demeure à l’avenir !Sandra
