Beautiful detached villa located in the charming village of Saint-Anastasie.
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts.
One of the highlights of this villa is its private swimming pool. You can also relax in the spa, ideal for rejuvenating after a day of exploring.
The walled garden allows you to enjoy quiet moments with family and friends. You can organize outdoor barbecues and enjoy meals outside.
Saint-Anastasie and the surrounding area offer a wealth of tourist and leisure activities. You can explore the beautiful Gard countryside on foot or by bike, particularly in the Gorges du Gardon. History buffs will be delighted to visit the region's historic sites, such as the Pont du Gard and the city of Nîmes.
Don't forget to visit the region's famous vineyards and taste the local wines. Gourmets will also be delighted by Provencal gastronomy.
Detached hamlet house with living room-kitchen, lounge, 1 bedroom on 1st level with 1 bed 140x190 and private shower room and separate toilet, and 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 bed 160x190 /1 bed 140x190/ 2 beds 90x190), 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 storeroom, grounds, garden furniture, 2 terraces, barbecue, private swimming pool (10x5m) open from mid-May to mid-September depending on weather conditions, private spa ( To be paid directly to the owner: 25€/day up to 3 days' rental, then 150€/week beyond).
In July and August, rental from Sunday to Sunday.

Nous sommes venus à Russan dans le cadre d'un we d'escalade entre amis.
Marie-France la propriétaire a été très accueillante et prévenante. Le gite était parfaitement adapté à notre besoin (spacieux, confortable et bien équipé pour 8), ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer après nos efforts de la journée.
Le gite est par ailleurs très bien situé pour accéder directement à la falaise: 45 mn de marche d'approche.- Cleanliness

Luc Espace et tranquilité
Etant de passage en vélo, nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit, mais nous avons très apprécié ce gîte et l'accueil chaleureux de la gérante Marie-France.
La maison est vraiment appréciable, bien agencé et le salon est très confortable.

Delphine Superbe gite tout équipé
Parfait séjour dans un gite bien équipé et au centre de plusieurs attractions touristiques. La piscine et le spa très appréciables, les enfants étaient ravis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette maison.
L’accueil des propriétaires a été irréprochable : chaleureux, réactifs et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin.La maison est parfaitement entretenue, très propre, spacieuse et située dans un cadre paisible et reposant.
Le jacuzzi constitue un véritable plus, tout comme la piscine, qui a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre passage et envisageons avec plaisir d’y revenir.
